The city of Indianapolis Indiana hosted the 52nd gathering of The Society of American Travel Writers. As 20 of the group enjoyed a premium wine dinner at Chef Josephs at The Connoisseur Room Dama de Toro were the featured wines.
The whole range of wines from the Dama de Toro Tempranillo, Dama de Toro Barrel aged, Dama de Toro Crianza and Gran Dama de Toro were all enjoyed and paired beautifully with Chef Josephs superb food.
The Dama de Toro range comes from Bodega Farina´s Toro winery and is made with Tempranillo (Tinta de Toro) and a touch of Garnacha. The wines were presented by local distributor Dean Wilson Director of Operations and Sales.

Chef Joseph has long been a fan of Fariña´s wines. He first got to know them while being stuck in Toro on 9/11!
